Bringing Singapore’s BreadTalk to Cambodia has been one of our proudest milestones as we have uplifted the customer experience and at the same time become a pioneer in revolutionizing the whole bakery industry. With the trust and support from our customers, BreakTalk has grown to 14 outlets.
By building up on the success we have with BreadTalk and continuing to listen to our customers and innovate for them, we’re optimistic to earn their trust and achieve sustainable growth in all our businesses.

Our Chairwomen, Ly Daline
Her diverse exposure to local and international brands and businesses in various sectors have given Daline confidence, optimism and clear direction to establish businesses that provide international standard responding to the local needs. Within 10 years after the establishment of Cham & Ly, Dalinehas earned the trust from her team, partners and shareholders as well as the customers through her inspiring leadership and execution excellence towards everything she does.
Under Daline’s leadership, Cham & Ly’s team has grown from more than 10 in 2014 to more 300 in 2024 with many more to join as the business continues to grow and expand. Daline is a strong promoter of health, wellbeing and development of her people and the community. As a result, Cham & Ly has made ongoing investment and contribution towards career development of their people, team building activities and charity programs for underprivileged communities, children’s hospital, and many more every year.
